With sincere apologies for the delay, I am writing to convey our grateful thanks to yourself, your wife Karoline, your company staff, sub-contractors and business associates for your endeavours in recently providing us with a modern, state of the art kitchen/diner, which addressed our requirements in full and which was designed, built and installed to an excellent standard. It was a long process for us to undertake given the number of stages involved in the project journey but well worth the wait.
You may wish to know that the week after the work was completed, we had an “open house” to allow our neighbours to see the work you had carried out for us and, without exception, they were most impressed by your work and the end result. One neighbour told me that she had recently visited a show house in Tranent which also had an integral open-plan kitchen but that it was not nearly as impressive as ours. As I recall, her exact words were that our kitchen was better designed, better constructed and had more “pizzazz”
For the reasons detailed above, and others, we would have no hesitation in using your company in the future should the need arise, as it inevitably will. We wish you good luck with Cherry Blossom Interiors.
