We came across Martin and Karolina by good fortune when he was recommended by an estate agent when buying a property in Edinburgh. It was a 2 bedroom first floor flat that required an extensive full renovation. The walls and ceiling were crumbling, rewiring was needed as was a new boiler, change of radiators, new kitchen and bathroom with total remodelling of both, new flooring, the whole property required replastering and decorating.
From the very beginning we were won over by Martins warmth, honesty and professional manner. His experience and knowledge were very evident and he was never short of good ideas and solutions. He is very genuine and nothing is a hassle or inconvenience. He and his lovely partner Karolina, who helped us to choose fittings, flooring etc from their Livingston showroom work very long hours and are committed to doing the very best for their customers. Martin manages various teams of tradesmen all of whom are friendly, helpful, tidy and work to a high standerd. We met with him on many occasions through the process for updates and in between he, Karolina and Becca were kindly in email, iMessage or telephone contact when needed and we felt we could contact them anytime with any queries. This was so important as we live in Aberdeen.
We are absolutely delighted with our transformed flat and incredibly grateful to everyone involved for their diligence, skill and ability to complete the work to an exceptional standard under significant time pressures.
